Just for the record

That is not a bump on Luke's head. Well, it is a bump, but he didn't bump his head. It's a cyst that he was born with and since it is growing it will have to be surgically removed. Almost everyday a stranger likes to point it out to me and make a comment like:

"be careful mom"
"oops! what happened mom?"
"bonked your head - they're fast mom"
"oh no, can't turn your back on them for a minute mom"

Strangers are so helpful. My favorite response is:

"it's a tumor"

That usually scares them off and I can continue shopping.
