I lost NOTHING! Not even .1 lbs. This is what my leader said, "Do you understand we are doing?" Yup - I understand that we are trying to loose weight, just not doing a very good job of it. Thanks for your help.

JESSICA ... that made me want to CUSS. That's the crappiest WW leader in the WORLD.
I go tomorrow morning after having missed 3 weeks for various reasons. I might be up 5, I might be the same. But I'll get nothing but encouragement.
Do you have another group you can attend?
You should have punched that leader in the face.
I say that just means you don't have much to loose :)
